new gold wolf

Got a gold wolf fish that replace my red wolf that passed 2 days after purchase had this gold foe 48 hours will put lights on today . so far so good feeding on carnivore pellets krill meal worms eats anything quite bold and watches my every move can see him/her watching me through the tank glass. At the moment it i about 5 inches from head to tail want to feed well but no over feed I had a fat lazy purple sp and a hoplias mala in the past. As a juvenile how often do I feed it compared to when it becomes adult type of food is no problem as I have carnivore pellets krill raw prawns earth worms and lance fish so quite a variety.

the tank is not at its best as had a on going hair algae problems so trimmed back some of the plants going to add some more floating plants although the wolf doesn't seem bothered by the light very bold character.

The tank looks good. What variety of crypt are you growing?

I think they are the regular cryptocoryne wendtii plant been in there for a while just added some root tabs before the wolf went in so hopefully they should pick up a bit more.
