New Goliath Tigerfish Owner

Hey yall,
Im new to the site, and recently began raising my first deadly fish, the Goliath Tigerfish. "Juice" is only about 6" long so far but is a voracious eater and hunts like crazy in his big tank compared to his pretty small frame. Now that Ive successfully kept him happy for a while I wanted to add to the tank. He came with a giant gorami, about the same size as himself, and they get along just fine, but a local store is selling vampire piranha, payara i think, and they are currently in a tank with another Goliath and I think this would be a great match and addition to my tank. Any thoughts or tips on keeping these fish??

Three how big is your tank (lx w x h) and filtration.
Four get rid of the gourami or move it.
Five Get pictures!
Six, sounds like it should be fine until the tiger fish start maturing and getting more territorial.
