Okay so I have gotten 3 female guppies and a male guppy. They all have that dark gravid spot on them... but seeing as I've only had them for over a day I'm not sure what their status is.... can someone help me tell if they're pregnant? Here's a pic.

thanks

no not yet they will get bigger when there ready and be hiding..

You will be able to see when she is. The females are larger and get huge when prego. Don't bother separating them. Let her do her thing. Give it 2 months you will see baby rabbits swimming everywhere. Good luck.

Yeah they get REALLY big! Some of mine just popped today and I have about 60+ babies swimming around... Makes me feel kinda bad that they'll all be food soon :)...er, I mean :(

Chances are good that they're already pregnant. Guppies can start breeding really young, and those girls certainly look to be of breeding age. You won't see them get big until they're closer to dropping their young.

here's a lesson for you: guppies are always pregnant. if there is water, a male and a female, then the female is pregnant 100%. make sure you get a grow out tank for the fry and alot of cover in the adult tank. best of luck:D
