New guy in town

hey guys.i am new to the fish game and i have a collection of 4 gsps.i have also been feeding them frozen bloodworms to help them grow.i have many questions on how to raise them.
How long will it take for them to grow?
What other foods can i feed them that will help?
What tankmates are safe with them?(if there are any)
ALL HELP IS APPRECIATED!!

What size tank are they in? Is it cycled? Eventually they will need a minimum of 30g ea.
