Hello; I found a link to this forum and decided to join. I started keeping freshwater tropicals sometime around 1959 and have continued, with a few brief interuptions, to the present.
I am retired and hope to have an aquarium room in the house I bought about a year ago. I have three tanks set up at present with six others awaiting completion of repairs to the house, which has taken much longer than anticipated.
I have three panels of tempered glass on hand that I had planned to use to build a tank. That plan is on hold as I am not too sure that tempered glass is suitable for a tank. My doubts started the day I tried to cut one of the four panels with shattering results.
