Hey all, been lurking here a while and finally decided to join. Used to be into fish quite a bit when I was a kid, and I'm starting to get back into it (33 now). I have a decent sized tank - 120 gal - and would like to start putting some "cooler" stuff into it. I currently have a small Dempsey, Convict, and Venustus, and then some decent sized bottom dwellers: common pleco, pictus cat, and a feather cat. So I have plenty of room. My main question is, where can I go about getting fish other than what I see in my LFS? I have found a few places online, but I want to make sure I'm getting quality stuff. Are there any online places you could reccomend? I've noticed there are some vendors on here - who's should I talk to? I'd like to order 3 or 4 fish at first and would really like to do it at once to combine shipping and save some cash. Currently I'm looking for colorful cichlids - Blue Dempsey is high on the list, or a nice red Severum, etc. A nice P bass would be awesome.... saw a Chinese Perch and really would like one of those but they seem hard to come by. I think a red claw cherax would be cool also. So any help is appreciated. Just looking to get pointed in the right direction.
