I'm from Milwaukee and have been keeping cichlids for about a year and a half. About a year ago i stumbled onto freshwater stingrays and couldnt get enough. i have done research for a while now and am very eager to network with other stingray addicts I dont own one yet but i am looking.

the whole point of this thread is to meet new people and possibly set up a stingray club in milwaukee. If you are interested let me know.

I'm glad i found this site and i hope to be bredding some stingrays in the near future(I've just convinced my wife that they are pretty cool, so the odds of this happening have just went up considerably)

well, .... lol I do have a male motoro for sale lol 8-9" had to make room for my bigger rays but you need to have at least a 220 or so tank... bigger is always better, stingrays get pretty big

i have a 125 right now and am in the process of building a 4 x 8 by 2 feet deep pond/tank in my parents basement to house them ( i rent so i talked my parents into letting me set it up there if i do some carpentry work for them) How long will you have him and for how much. My parents live close so the maintenence would be easy for me
