I recently aquired a 46 gallon bow front and a 55 gallon freshwater tank. I had never had fish before but since I dont have time to race me and my wife now have something else to do. Both tanks were a gift from my boss, and were complete with filtration systems, gravel, decoration, and air systems all we had to buy were the fish. However he did give me the 4.5 inch Jack Dempsey he had in the bow front. Now the bug has bitten and I'm triing to beat him out of the 150 gallon he has in storage.
Anyway I am Jerry and I have a wife, 1 daughter, and 1 son. In my tank I have a Jack Dempsy, 2 red belly Pacu, 2 oscars, 4 red tail tinfoils, and 2 common plecos. So far no casualties after 3.5 wks. In my wifes tank we have 2 common pleco's, 4 angel fish, 2 koi, and 1 shubkin left after her tank was infected and killed 2 black moors,1 bala shark,2 shubukins, 1 pleco, and 1 fan tail gold fish.Recently she put 2 green spotted puffers in a 10 gallon tank also.as you can see we have a rather large family
