So, I posted our tiger and Lima shovelnoses in another thread, figured I'd share our pups (and will share the reptiles under that category) too :)

First up is Nova, our 7.5 year old (105 lb) brindle female Great Dane. We've had her since she was 11 weeks. She's a registered therapy dog, has her Canine Good Citizen certification and is just overall an amazing girl :) She lets geckos, turtles, snakes, bearded dragons, birds...whatever...crawl all over her lol

Diego is our recently adopted 4 year old (170 lb) black male Great Dane. He had a rough start in life, bouncing around to at least four different homes and being hospitalized for a painful bone disease all before he was a year old. The instability caused him to have some trust and aggression issues and a bite landed him in rescue. He spent his next three years in a rescue kennel with little to no socialization and where only a handful of people could handle him. When we got there to care for the dogs after the kennel owner suddenly passed away we had to feed him through the fence with a funnel...which he attacked as we were pouring food through. But, he and my husband formed an almost instant bond and, since we'd worked with aggression in a giant breed in the past, we decided to bring him home (otherwise he'd have had to stay there for the rest of his life or be put down). It hasn't even been six months and he's showing us what an AMAZING boy he is! He's almost muzzle free on outings and quickly figured out that people = lots of petting and treats :)

Last but certainly not least is Queen Rose, our 11 year old female Jack Russell Terrier. Even though she's only 12 lbs she rules the roost and shows the big dogs who's in charge. She can be crazy, hyper, barky and just pure evil sometimes but she's a great snuggler and we love her to pieces :) And she's a FREAK when it comes to water lol

lol, crazy man, not sure what the first dog is, but the dane owns the day. miss my big dog days, now just 2 miniature long hair weenie dogs.

then she has allot of filling out to do! should have known from that head!.

Oh no, she's 7.5 years old. She's a dainty girl...and we keep her lean to prevent joint issues :) That pic does make her look a little thin but I promise she's not lol

Ahhh, do the same with sammie, we have stairs and is hard on his back we let him get to heavy. he will just look at you with the, "you going to pick me up and carry me? or am i going to sit here at the bottom of the stairs all night" look.

Aww! Carry him! lol If she wasn't so big Nova would totally be okay with being carried everywhere...she's the laziest dog EVER! lol

we do, his weight is back down now. but he still tweeks it from time to time, bane of being a weenie dog. long body.
