Hello Everyone. Getting back into the hobby after an 11 year break. I used to have a 75g salt tank for about 10 years, but gave it up after 2 states ago. I still miss the 6" puffer I had for a few years.

Going to start small & slow for now (46g curved front) & stick to fresh water, but I really love reading the DIY forums on bigger tanks--some day.

Welcome RagtopRacer!!

Might I ask about the "racer"? Pics?

Again, welcome. Big tanks are very nice but they DO have their drawbacks! Small and slow for now, and you are in the right place! Good Luck!

I'll have to learn have to post some pics 1st.

The "RagtopRacer" came from a few years back when I drag raced a convertible Z28--don't have that car any more or race, but still keep the name from then. It wasn't anything exotic, just a few mods here and there.

I hear you on the maintenance of a big tank. My salt setup got to be too much in a busy time of my life--owned my own business & I was always trying to do too much with it. I was a little impatient then too, which isn't a good attribute for this hobby [grin]. I want to prove to myself I've grown a little :).
