Looking for some ideas.

I am in the process of purchasing a new home which has a shallow well drilled in addition to being on city water. This is a huge plus especially since im moving from a home that is also on a well. I was not looking forward to having to dose prime or worry about chlorine.

The well pump is located in the basement on the far side of the home from my living room which is where my 2 6' tanks will be. Im looking for some suggestions on how to plumb the water up to my tanks. Another plus is the kitchen will be under going a complete renovation. Torn down to studs. So there is potential here to set up a custom water change system.

What im thinking now is to just have a 2nd faucet in the kitchen sink for my water changer. I would plumb a rheem inline water heater off the well and use a single feed faucet. If i decide to sell the house I remove the faucet and install a soap dispenser in the hole in the counter top which will be quartz. I also considered using one faucet with a value to select water source but that seems like a pain in the neck having to throw a valve every time i need well water.

Open to suggestions!
