Got hold of these two hybrids the other day and i can easily say im more then happy. A bd x motoro male and a bd x henlai female.

The hybrids growing average i think have grown maybe 2cm since last update. Munching on pellets as staple diet 5/7 days a week and feeding prawns, pollock, herring and mussels 2/7 days a week right now. Cant wait until they grow bigger. 
Yeah its actually quite exciting to see how she will develope since she is 50%bd 50% henlei. Her father is a king henlei and her mother is a gorgeous bd. Its hard to see on the picture but some of her spots starting to get a black dot in the center to ring up instead of pure spots. And the bigger wich is a bd/motoro hybridmale starting to get white in its spots and darkens up more and more.
Its about their pattern. The king hen get larger spots and rings the a normal hen.
Nope its in a temporary holding tank/grow out in form of an ibctank. The pump you see is connected to a trickle filter placed above the tank. And i do have an 32mm pipe overflow that goes to a 180L sump filled with 70L fluidized media.
I moved these to critters from their temporary home to a tank moved a bay snook breeding pair from today. Cant wait until they grows bigger and matures. They get more stunning from day to day i think.
Yeah the smaller one is 50%bd 50% king henlei. The bigger male is 50% bd 50% motoro. Hopefully the male will get black with orange spots. He get darket and darker every day. Same goes with the female.
