New Hypancistrus sp. ?

I managed to snag a couple of these little guys (below)...

They came from a group of Hypans that were caught in SA. They were originaly thought to be L270's but upon review by Ingo Seidel, he said they were something different.

These are the F1 fry of an original caught pair. I thought I would share some pictures of the 1" little guys I have. I welcome any discussion or speculations. I do not have pictures of the adults, but may be able to get some.

Those look like the black and white L199 from Brazil.
Pictures of the adults will be a plus. Dale (breeder) suggested L316 also
