Since my gars have both been lost over the last 2 months one bailed and i didnt find him soon enough.(the story is on here somewhere)And the other lost for some reasons unknown.Im going to do the 415 with my tsn,about 3-4 pbass, get 2 new gars. Maybe my jag, or some wild caught bluegills. And id really like to try a texas map turtle since they only get about 6 inches. Has any one had any luck with larger fish with turtles in there tanks. And yes i know turtles eat fish but i have seen it done. And yes i kno you need to over filter cause of the waste. But has anyone had any succes. I know for sure ill have the tsn and 2 gars. And some pbass when i can find some in my area.

i have a 4" RES and i have been a member of redearslider.com for over a year now and yes ive seen it done. i havent seen it done with gar but ive seen it done with different sunfish and chiclids. i have fish in with my turtle. and if you are gonna get that large of fish id get a Mississippi map, YBS, RES, eastern painted, something thats get around 12" (if female that it). the trick to keeping things with turtles is to have either rly fast fish or larger fish. if they r semmi aggressive it can help too. hope this helped
