New indo dat missing both pectoral fin.

Hey guys, i just got a indo and both of it pectoral fins in gone. It was in a tank with 20 or so dats most were under weight and in poor condition. He fins must have got it chew off by the other. There no sign of fins rot. The fins is chew all the way down to the body so pretty much it look like nipples, i had fish grow back fins that was short but this is on a different level short. Will it grow back? I will post pics soon.

Rare lol. it's tough to see what remains or doesn't remain of the fin but if he's acting and eating normal I wouldn't worry too much about it.

I wouldnt have bought it...
If bitten down to the tissue that will take ages to grow back... must have a hard time swimming.

i lost 2 indo from now fins

one got its fins stripped by a ngt

the other well im not sure what done it

mine lost one front fin and the tails

the problem is the need to work double hard to swim so need much more food

if its feeding you have a chance if not good luck

Thank guys, he's pounding market shrimp now. The missing fin doesn't affect his swimming at all, but he look like a freak of nature with the missing fins and and being very skinny with a sunken in belly. The belly look way worse.
