Picked this up today from Wharf Aquatics...7" if not slightly more and only paid £65. Very full fish too. Met Richard Hardwick-top fella and very passionate about his oddball fish-who told me a customer had brought it back. I thought the price was great and couldn't resist.

It had a major bust up with my 6" NGT immediatley-both have scarred already. Its left that alone now and is now sparring with my 9" Silver Tiger. Guess it'll be awhile before they establish their hierarchy. If you look you can see it squaring up the Silver Tiger (I know..its black at the moment!)But I'm happy :)

Wharf was great-saw the biggest Parachanna obscura ever. They also had some native Pike & Perch which was very interesting

In the second pic, is that him stabled up? Or is he the black one behind the driftwood?

Hes the stable one-none my Tigers are ever stable :( I'm still waiting for that to happen.
The fighting has calmed down a bit now..they seem to have established thier space

I have and 8.5 inch indo for sale, stable most of the time. Oddball as well, same price. Shame u didn't live closer

tell me about it-Wharf is still an hours drive for me

thanks for the replies-its gone a bit dark now but isn't hiding (unlike my other Tigers which are unstable and hide!).

Do you need that wood in there?
Try taking it out or rearrange it so they cant hide in it and see if it helps them stable up a bit.
Nice pickup.
