new indoor pond syndrome

hey there, just set up a little 125 gallon indoor pond in the shop. I was wondering if just using the old pump from my outdoor pond with the pre filter on it would be enough in combination with a few little goldfish to jumpstart the new bio filter inside? Thanks for the help!

The BB will only grow enough to balance the nutrient intake, if at any time you wish to add more fish do it one at a time, one per week. Larger fiah one per month.
