Just got 2 small jags to eventually put in my 150 they are 1 inch each now what should i be feeding them they ate some blood worms but there mouths are too small for pellets at this point

YOU HAVE GOT A NICE FISH NOW! I TOO JUST GOT ONE LAST WEEK. I FEED MINE BRINE AND MYSIS SHRIMP AND BLOODWORMS AND SMUSHED UP KRILL. HE GOBBLES IT ALL UP. I ALTERNATE THEM TO MIX IT UP BUT THE BRINE AND MYSIS HE GETS AT EVERY MEAL 3XS A DAY

LOL yeah it's called INTERNET SCREAMING!! lol This thread is worthless without pics of the little buggers. Try crushing some hikari gold up. I used to do that or I used discus pellets because they were small enough.

Congrats. I fed mine broken up hikari pellets black worms blood worms beefheart etc. at that size.

I feed my jag grow-outs crushed hikari gold, bloodworms, hikari tropical flakes, pinhead crickets, and broken up krill.
