New Jardini

Hello i would like to share my jardini bought last week.
He's only 5" but he's started to shown aggressiveness by snipping the tail of his tank mates.

Nice little jar you've got there what tankmates has he got ? They are aggressive and will see off mist tankmates you put with it even at 5" there killers

I have 3 tinfoils and 3 bala sharks. Im worried about the bala becaus as if now he's trying to chase them.

All of those fish are potential targets for a jardini , most dont mix well with silver fish they just become big silver targets for them , if hes chasing them now chances are he'll kill them all eventually , the tinfoils could work long term but they need to be big (adult size) so a few bites and chases here and there dont kill them but they will be forever chased and have scales missing etc

Hello my arowana is not jardini as confirmed from other forums. My local lfs told me it was a jardini but it is not but a green arowana. I bought an oscar then silver after a week. He shown aggressiveness in silver on the 1st day but today they seems ok.

If your located in the Philippines then it makes sense that you got a green not a jar as originally thought. I thought it had great form for a jardini they look very similar when young.

Nice green arowana bro. Just keep an eye on the green my previous one killed a silver of similar size.
