i just recently got pike over the weekend there about 3 inches maybe and look good from what ive seen i think i have 2 johannas and 1 venezuela, so far they have only been eating frozen bloodworms and spit out pellets and flakes any suggestions?

Once you get them fattened up and comfortable in your tank, let them go 2 days without feeding, then feed flakes or pellets only for the next few days. When they are hungry enough, they will eat. They can go a good while without food.
