Just got this today in the mail notice a bit of hole in the head disease developing on the left side of the kok.

He looks amazing. Like a beautiful KING/SRD breed. So you suspect he has Hole in the Head. First question, after a 6-24 hour settle in period, is he eating?

He is extremely active and eating but I see a bald spot on this kok without any skin the. I put API general cure just to be on the safe side.

I have experience hith once and from your description I don't think its hith. maybe if you can get a better picture of the area.

Its critical to properly ID the issues before throwing meds in the tank. This is my advice, take the fish, net it, raise it just above the water line and get a wifey to snap a quick pic and release the fish.

It will be much easier for everyone to weigh in if we can see what you see clearly. Since he is eating it would be alot easier to medicate if needed. waiting to long would be terrible as his hunger will fade out and become difficult to get meds in him.

Pretty fish though!
