I bought 2 clown knives at a LFS and placed them with my bichirs, i seldomly see them cuz they usually hide at the inverted pots which i placed in my tank. is it normal knife behavior? I'd like to hear your opinions!

very normal, they think if they cant see u, u cant see them, so usually they hide their heads... mine did atleast.. they grow quickly, and will come out for food soon... mine liked the dark a lot more... turn out the lights drop in some worms and BAM theyre ya go!

they will come around eventually and the shyness will go away. Just give them a good spot to hide in so that they know they have cover if they need it.
