Have you tried it yet? Normally they eat them right away, or at least that is what I experienced. And if not, then try and "starve" it a few days, offering the bloodworms every day or so, and it should eventually get the idea.
Should be fine. Are there any other fish in with the CK? They may not eat right away, but in my experience, they will learn to eat whatever as long as they see other fish eating it.

Just to check - you are presoaking the freeze dried bloodworms right? Otherwise the ck (especially when young) will not go up and get it from the surface.
