No.

L128 come from farther north than the L200s. Both fish have color variants from north to south, and in the case of L200s the farther north, the darker/more olive colored they become. Good read for all that are interested in these two L numbers. Can't tell too well from the pic, but that also appears to be a hemiancistrus subviridis.
