New L025!

Hi all!

Tonight I'm picking up my new L025 pleco and I'm so excited! It's a 10" female that I found at my favorite fish store for only $229. I was wondering what fellow keepers' experiences have been with these beauties and how they have progressed over time for you guys, if you have any tips or advice, etc.

I welcome any feedback or suggestions and look forward to your responses!

She's doing great, actually! She was very shy at first and hid everyday, but I chose to keep the lights off on her aquarium to let her adjust and now she's coming out of her shell. Now the lights are on regularly, but are kept low and during feeding time she comes out willingly. She'll go all over the tank and I love watching her explore!

If I walk by her tank and she wasn't expecting it, she becomes nervous and hides, but if I'm already there when she comes out, she doesn't mind my presence. All in all I'm loving the experience and I'm grateful for the opportunity to have her.
