i just got a box in the mail after getting into it with a tech support reject from hp. my last laptop had so many problems it was over 2 years old and was still under a "courtesy" warranty. simply because it had crapped out 6 times in the first year of the normal warranty. well he told me that any computer under $1,000.00 is a cheap low end model and that i paid for what i got. i tore him a new you know what, then his manager gave me a direct management line. Anywho he said he would make it right. they just sent me a brand new laptop. just released this month and then customized it with free upgrades. best part its 3x the hard drive space 3x the ram 3x the everything basically. hd led screen makes mfk even more awesome. im entertained. just thought id brag about my new free toy. i think they made it right afterall
