New Lenticulata W/ lateral line erosion

I just picked this guy up today and he has some lateral line erosion and HIH. I really love this guy so what do I need to do to get him better? He has an appetite like a champ (I saw him eat) and he was being fed krill, silversides, and feeder goldfish. I plan on feeding him silversides prawn and predator sticks. Is there anything else he should be eating?

Thats not so much later line erosion as it is a defined lateral line. A lotta pikes later lines will stand out more than other cichlids. Don't know why, but they do. Lateral Line Erosion will be DEEP pits along the line...in sporatic patches. It looks NASTY!! When i got my atabapos they had it something fierce. So I did 30% waterchanges every other day for almost two months....and now its almost gone. I didn't use any meds though, so if you use some it might speed up the process. Looks like a good diet. Throw some mysis in there and you'll be set. Oh and soem earth worms!

Melafix seems to work to heal that kinda stuff. And it doesn't hurt the other healthy fish in the tank or catfish.
