I got a new bulb today for my 75g. I wanted a more natural light instead of the bright white florescent that was on it. Not only for appearance, but my plants are starting to look poorly. So i was at Home Depot today and saw a Phillips 48" Plant & Aquarium bulb for bout $10. Thought I'd give it a try. IT SUCKS!
Though I must admit, it does look more natural. It is very dull. It looks like natural sunlight just before dusk. I'm putting the other one back in.
