if it is planted, maybe.
if it is not planted, hell no. way too much light.
high output lights are trouble without live plants.
even with live plants you have to watch.

12 volt man is correct, without plants in the tank you will get a TON of algae within 5 weeks.
That fixture and bulbs are good for medium to high light requiring plants. If you currently have plants like that in your tank, your good to go. If you don't currently have plants, you really should down grade the blubs to less K (around 6,000 K) and a better fit in terms of watss/gallon for the size of your tank.

I have a ton of plants in my 100 gallon. Plus more on the way. All swords, moss, grasses, stargrass, hygrobold, java ferns and java moss
I would post this in the planted tank forum. there is a sticky about how much light you will need.
