New lights. Have a question.

I recently bought these lights on ebay:

Well I called the seller today and he asked me if I wanted all four bulbs to be full spectrum light bulbs or two actinic and two 10,000k.

What bulbs are best for this tank being that I have a few plants?

the full spectrum ones.

the actinic ones are a blue colour good for corals but of little use for freshwater plants.

what would be even better would be to get two 10,000k ones and two full spectrum ones. he can keep the actinic ones

does the blue help the color of the tank? i figure two actinic will do for the plants
