Hi MFK
im not sure if im posting in the correct area, this thread might be better in the exotic animal section, but i wanted to let you know that capron park zoo in attleboro massachusetts welcomed a male lion cub about 4 months ago. he is the son of ramses, their highly prized and nationaly acclaimed (he was in people magazine) male white lion. any of you that have been there knows that the lion exhibit is wayyy too small for their 3 lions but theyre expanding and the enclosure size isnt the point of the thread. for a fee of $65 you can take a one hour class about the zoos lions but that's not the cool part. during the class, the cub is let loose in the room and you can pet it and play with it as long as you dont pick it up. im going to be taking the class saturday and i will update. plus rodger williams in providence had a baby giraffe for those of you who didnt know. i turned in my application to intern there over the summer so wish me luck, hopefully i get in. i should since i told them i specialized in herps and marine biology and was an mfker

i couldnt find a pic of the cub but heres daddy

sweet where about is this zoo i never heard of it ??
its in attleboro over by feehan (go shamrocks) and lasalette shrine. its really tiny but theyve got a more exotic collection then rodger williams IMO, but rodger takes care of their animals better
