New little project

Hey guys,
I just got a new little 10g aquarium to basically just have something to do. Like a little project. I have had it running for a week now and i was wondering if any of you guys have any ideas of what to stock it with. i could make it a grow out tank, since i have a 55g. Any ideas? and i will already tell you now that i dont want to put any tetras, goldfish, or guppies. I was thinking about a few gouramis. But tell me what you think..

How about a quarantine tank for new fish? Or grow out some feeders!

Go with a pair of dwarf gourmis then, but normally I'd leave gourami's in general to somewhat larger tanks.
