I have 6 loaches now, my biggest is about 4 inches. I went to my LFS they are shutting down. They have a loach tank that has 6 large loaches probably close to 8". I asked if they were going to be selling them. They told me that the two small ones were allready bought, but the 4 big ones were available. The guy came back 5 minutes later, asked what tank set up I had, and said if i'm willing to come back today around 6 with a big bucket, he will give them to me. I can't wait I'm so excited, I'll try to get some pictures tonight. 4 BIG loaches FREE!!!!!!

nice and everyone says all the good deals are in cali but you cant beet free fish and not just any fish large loaches now thats a find he could easily sell them for 50 bucks a pop or more looking forward to updated pics later...!
Just got back, They are prolly 5, 6, 7, and 8 inches. I have a picture of them in a 5 gallon bucket, and then a close up of the largest one.
this is as close to a full tank shot as I have right now. They are currently in a 75 gallon. I now clown loaches need more space, but the guys I did have were little, and plan on a bigger tank in a year when I graduate college. Now that I got these guys, I'm on the hunt for a 180.
Argh! I've left them my phone number on multiple occasions and asked them to contact me if they were ever willing to sell those loaches and they never did 
I had actually been thinking of heading over there next week to pester them again.
Oh well, congrats. I'm glad they at least went to a good home. I've noticed you on carolinafishtalk - guess you're the neighborhood loach hoarder
