Just saying hello from Ames, IA. I'm currently a senior in Mechanical Engineering at Iowa State University (GO CYCLONES!) and I am officially addicted to african cichlids :ROFL:. Currently have a 55 gallon mixed mbuna tank, a 29 gallon with 11 Metriaclima sp. "Msobo" which will be going into my 75 gallon that is in progress and will house a colony including the 11 that I have.

I have a crappy old digital camera that does mediocre pictures at best but I will try to get some decent shots of the tanks. I'm getting really excited to put water and fish into my 75 gallon with the DIY background. I'm planning on making a DIY overflow from the HUGE sticky thread here and also doing one of those three drawer towers in a rubbermaid for a sump. :drool:
 
Hi, also from Iowa. My daughter is in her 4th yr. of 5 in landscape architecture at Iowa State, currently doing an internship in Florida this semester.
