Hey everyone new member here. I just got done setting up my 270 gallon freshwater tank, looking for some ideas for what type of fish to put in it. As of now I have a 12" balla shark And pleco .

really depends on what kind of fish you like in general, but just for a starter I think bala sharks tend to prefer being in groups so maybe add a couple more of them in there

definitely agree to this. Me, I'd put a Dovii pair in there and let the bala shark be a great meal... so yeah, you have to say the type of fish you want. If you're keeping this bala shark, i too think that you're gunna need to find some other large ones to put in there with it before you think about adding other fish
