Hello. I am new on here. I was just wondering if anyone might be able to help me with my 3 year old Red Devil. He's started swimming really odd today: shaking violently, like he's having a seizure, then stops swimming and sits on the bottom of his tank in his "rock"... I keep his tank clean, and I did a 25% water change yesterday. Any ideas as to what might be causing him to do this?

is there anything else in the tank with him? how big is he? what size tank? how often do you do water changes? what's the temp of the tank? were you approaching the tank when he started shaking? what are the ammonia, nitrite and nitrate readings of the tank?
