Hey I am a newbie here too. I have flowerhorns, Frontosas, and several South Americans. I also have a few Marine tanks. I am a self professed fish geek.
Hi i am a new guy too. i wanna learn a lot from u guys and hope to be friends 
i am obsessed with oddball predatory fish. i like big and small oddballs. i have many oddballs myself , and also like aquascape. at home i have some tanks, and my fav fish of all is my baby red tail giant gourami.

let's all learn teach and continue to grow our hobbies together! For those of u new to the forums and maybe even new to the hobby, there are many people on the forums and with many people come many opinions minds and attitudes. Some people on this forum might sound condescending and stuck up and a lot of the times what they say may come off as an attack, but remember they just care for the hobby and the well being of the fish and might not know how to go around expressing it in the best ways. So if u guys do happen to get flamed by some of the more blunt members just remember to take home the advice and ignore the hate. MFK is a good place for pros and noobs alike so don't feel discouraged if you see people who has forgotten their roots and flame the noobs because they had also forgotten that they too began somewhere. Just my 2 cents haha welcome to mfk and enjoy
