New motoro harrased by old male

just got myself a new motoro, but she's being harassed by my old male. I found some tears on her disc

any advise? i already separated the male to another side of the tank.

you did the right thing, just let them relax for a little and then slowly introduce thhem again

Mine killed a female smaller than him....the trick is that the female should be bigger than male, thing that you learn the hard way....
The same male does not accept my new young Leo male, when i move the division is always trying to "top" and bite him. He's safe cause i order my tank with a division.

thanks This male used to be with 2 females, but i transferred him to my bigger tank, now not accepting motoro tankmates lol will have to wait for female to grow bigger first.
