I'm new to keeping rays, and i'm just wondering why is that my ray keeps on swimming around like non-stop. It keeps on gliding and gliding all over the tank all the time. Is there something to worry about?

i haven't fed him yet because i just had him a few hours ago. The LFS told me that he is in a very good condition, and i'm just curious of his behavior in my tank. The videos i see in youtube are not as active as mine, and it bothers me. Thanks for your info.
im sure he is just moving around the tank and checking it out, what kind of ray and what size of tank is he in?
It shouldnt bother you thats a really good sign i wish mine was more active it sits arround most of the day, and i love seeing him out it has awesome colours
He's a motoro ray. He's currently in a 75g tank, planning to have a bigger tank asap, or maybe move him to my pond. He's around 5" and he's very very very active. Glad to hear that it's a good sign. Thank you guys for your time!
doesnt sound bad to me.... just make sure you got some good filtration on that 75 and add a few extra water changes to the routine
It has a 2200 L/hr powerhead in it, and i'm willing to do water changes twice a week to prevent problems on him. I can' take a good picture of him because he's too active, i'll post a video in a little while so that you guys can see his super active behavior.
