new motoro....whats wrong??

i just got a new female motoro 8 days ago. she is not eating and is almost completely white??? my other motoro is doing perfectly fine eating like a hog. i am completely stumped she is not very active at all moves every once in awhile but other than that just sticks to herself. no tank mates besides my other motoro.i have been treating with prazi and salt since day 2. any suggestions? p.s water conditions are good.

Make sure water quality is good (Zero ammonia, nitrite and low nitrate).
Add more aeration if you can
Keep the lights off and just wait.

She's propably just acclimating to the new environment, who knows what she went through prior to 8 days ago. She could be very stressed

i agree, she also looks like she came in, in pretty good health IE not starved so she can last a least a month without eating....

Thats some reasuring news thank you. i to thought she looked good except her color and not active.
