i was also wondering if i hav to worry about my bristle nose plecos in there with him cuz theyre little

watch them.... and the oscars .... oscars might go for the eyes and plecos like to suck on the disks of rays... and it could kill them... i would also suggest switching out your gravel for sand.... gravel can cut the bottem of them and cause infections which could then lead to death

Ive read many threads and articles etc etc and have been told by many people its always better to keep them alone.
But cichiids and plecos are a DEFF no ive heard from everyone.

As turkeyboy85 says as well

well today we put down a layer of very small rounded gravel that will work fine for now and i got him from a ray store lol and they said he would b perfectly fine with my oscars since they r only like 4 inches and i might just take the plecos out and put them in my 30 gallon

x2, get it fattened up and it'll look even better than it does now.

I personally have never had a problem with bristlenose. I believe they are more herbivorous and not really interested in the ray as long as there is sufficient food for them. The others like common plecos might be a different story but I have not tried this.

i personnally have a common one in my tank... some pick up these bad habits some dont... which is why i said to watch it, oscars i have never personally tired it but watch them because they are an agressive fish
