I love new, empty tanks! So much potential 
But as the others stated, no to both the Pacu and Arowana. Convicts would be fine, but they may not be what you want long term. They breed like rabbits. You have a new, awesome tank! Spend some time researching and focusing on what truly interests you.
Most of all, make sure you cycle it properly!
