Hey, y'all! I've been keeping a small 10 gallon for around a year and just now upgraded to a 55 gallon! I just filled it up a few a days ago. Anyway, my name's Jon and I'm a college student in the North Texas area. Happy to be a part of the forum and looking forward to any tips and tricks you can offer me on the furtherance of my journey into the hobby.

you keep puffers? I kept an orange saddleback for a while. He was/is really mean and quite the voracious eater!

See, it was kind of funny, the store I bought him from had him in a fresh set up and then I did some digging and found a lot of people putting 'em in salt. Went back to the store months later and found them in salt LOL just started adding a few scoops of salt every week to that 10 gallon when doing water changes and he's grown really big and is really active. Anyway, I was talking to CLDarnell because I saw he was keeping some.

All I'm running is fresh, though. Figured I gotta get good at that before I can pursue salt.
