Hi I recently purchased a packet of snakehead from a pet store. The shop owner gave me some pellets to feed them but they dont seem to wanna eat it. Help?

try some frozen Prawns chopped to size(if they are little) I've yet to meet a Channa that wont go for that.

also what i do is to get a hand full of prawns and squeeze them so all the juice runs into the tank,,that gets them going ,then they should feed

what type i feed mine about 7 inches prawn, lance fish, Worms, Maggots, Flys anything garbge eaters dude give them bit chicken go down well

Thanks u guys. What a waste of money on the pellets. I chopped up some earthworms from the garden and they seemed to like it. As to what type of snakehead they are, I'm not to sure. They are about 2-3 inches long kinda orangey red and some of the bigger ones have stripes running down the length of their body.

Hmm not sure how to post just yet. And its night here so they look like they are asleep. I think they could be those giant snakeheads?

Yeah they look like those. But they seemed redder.
