They will mate, after the female lays the egg, wait a few days and after a few days if the eggs turn white, the eggs are not fertile try again. If the eggs don't turn white after a few days they are fertile and you'll see flowerhorn fry

I usually do a flowerhorn breading ritual, if you don't know what it is you can google it, but it involves a sacrificial gold fish, it's worked for me
