new parrot

I have a new parrot fish at 3-3.5inches.
it is like one i have never seen before.
it has green eyes and never seen that in a parrot before.
and if you can tell from the picture is it male or female.

if you cant tell from the picture i will try and take a venting picture later.

standard parrot all mine have green eyes need to vent v=male u=female

No way to look at it and tell. Looks as if the fins were being nipped and they are now growing back. As for eyes, one of mine has green eyes that go from green to white every so often, its a Syn trait
