New Peacock Bass

Hey all, this is my first Peacock Bass. I picked him up yesterday for 20$ and I figure he's probably a Mono. He's around 3.5-4 inches. He's currently residing in my heavily planted guppy breeding/cherry shrimp breeding tank (36x12x16) to hopefully put on some size/weight. Once he gets a little larger he'll be moving into my 150g and from there into a 220g.

He's my first peacock bass so if you think he's not a Mono or have any suggestions feel free to pipe up!

lol it's funny you say that, he just sits tucked away in the plants and as soon as something passes by BOOM, gone.

Quick question: I know peacock bass are social at this size and like to school around, should I get some more? The problem is that he's about 4 inches and any ones at LFS's around here are only about 2 inches. Is he going to school with 2 inchers or just eat 'em?

Nobody has experience with keeping 4 inchers with 2 inchers?

Any help on this? Should I just bite the bullet and try the 2 inchers with the larger guy?
