do u know the growth rate?

really depends on what species you get, temnsis reportedly to max at 36" or so monos, ocells etc 24", growth rate will be determined on your care, feeding water change schedule etc.. however tems have been said to growth the fastest..

i would say they are about 2 inches give or take im not sue but i think ornios will post pics soon

Watch out on the feeders. At least try to put some aquarium salt in their holding place, whether it be a bucket or another tank. PREVEMPTIVE MEASURES ALWAYS COUNT.

Other recommended foods are black/blood worms, night crawlers, krill shrimp, the seafood shrimp (the ones we eat) but to make sure don't get fresh get freeze dried, krill shrimp

Next, post some pics of your fresh pbass.

You sure you want to do a 55? Put them in a 65, it's three feet over four feet (length), so it takes up less space.

Growth rate? It doesn't matter how big the species max out or how the individual species growth rates are. One word counts for all pbass - FAST!!! If you take good care of them, they will be 5" within one and a half months.

Pump the temp up. Around 86 degrees. Make sure the ph is around 6.6. You want these fish to be P I M P!!!

Other fish you can put in there. Rays, silver/black aros (don't go for australian, aggressive), red tail cat, tiger shovel nose, rtc x tsn hybrid. Other cichlids.

I think that I covered enough for now. Follow this, it is good information.

AND read other threads, good stuff there too.

Test your water and make sure the temp is at least 84. Fish usually regurgitate food if the water quality is not up to par.
