one zebra, one clown? 
i have a few angels that look exactly like your zebra, minus the blue. they have one dose of blue in them, hopefully breeding them will give me 25% blue angels

It's not a ghost, it's a clown. Ghosts are stripeless, sometimes with a black blotch on the body.
Clowns are basically a single dose of zebra and a single dose of stripeless. The stripeless gene is what alters the zebra pattern and gives it the irregular barring that you see in your picture.
