Is it only the wild ones that have this colouration?
And why?
This might sound strange, but I've noticed this kind of yellow colouration in some of my Convicts, along with the blue/green through the fins as well... I had seen pics of "Honduran" Cons before and wondered if that's what mine were. But would someone have imported them to Scotland?

I think a lot of the convicts that are in stores have been crossed with "red points" to ad more of the colors that you are speaking of. There are also a few different species crypyoheros and they all have different traits.
